Follow these five simple steps and enjoy a systematic move with no surprises.

Our five step moving process.

• Step 1: Relax!

Our crews are well trained and led by seasoned professionals. All of our staff receive extensive training by our crew leaders. Your valuables will never be left in the hands of a reckless "green-horn". We have acquired our standards based on our experience working with major national, and local moving companies. We recruit only the finest in professionalism, and we have decades of moving experience.

• Step 2: Be Ready.

Question; "What do I need to do, to prepare for the move?"

Answer; The most important thing you need to do is pack everything. We offer full packing services though packing yourself can save a lot of time if done right. The biggest mistake in packing is using a high number of small containers. This just increases the number of trips from truck to house. Do not overload boxes, make sure the box closes properly so it will stack nicely in the truck . Make sure all boxes are clearly labeled by room, not content. Do not leave any containers open and make certain the top and bottom of all boxes are securely sealed. Handling poorly packed containers can add small amounts of time which can add up to become a timely mistake.

tip: Disassembling beds, cribs, and items that can not fit through doorways will save time on your move.

• Step 3: Moving time.

Question; "Moving day is here, what should I expect when the movers arrive?"

Answer; Immediately after a brief introduction you will be asked to take the movers on a walk-through of the house. This is not time consuming and its purpose is to determine what contents of the house will be loaded. At this time please specify if any items will not be loaded, or need to go to a separate destination. It also helps the crew determine a safe and efficient loading order. Be sure to mention all other locations containing items to be moved. Next, the movers will properly protect any vulnerable household surfaces with pads and floor protection. All items will be properly cared for and padded in the truck. Full in-house preparation is available upon request. For the duration of the loading process, see step 1.

When the house is clear of all items specified to be moved; another walk-through should be made. This time to make sure there is nothing left behind.

• Step 4: The Unload.

Upon arrival your movers will take a moment to cover the floor surfaces and vulnerable interior surfaces of your new home. You will then be asked to take the crew on walk-through of your new residence. The purpose now is to name each room and give a general furniture layout so that the movers can most accurately place your belongings. The main objective is to get your belongings to their proper locations. To ensure the best placement results, stay readily available. We recommend you stay by the door or truck so that you may direct mover traffic. Not sure about where to put your furniture? Our experienced eyes would be happy to make some suggestions!

We will once again take all necessary precautions to protect household surfaces such as floors, rails, walls, etc.

• Step 5: The final walk-through and billing

After the truck is unloaded you will be asked to make one final walk -through. This walk-through is to make certain that everything is where it needs to be. Usually two or more men will assist you room by room to ensure your satisfaction. Do not hesitate to ask if you would like anything rearranged, or moved to another room. We are more then happy to help you get your home just right. Once satisfied, your bill will be processed, and your move will be complete.
